Using the Shipping Center Dashboard
A walkthrough of the Shipping Center where you manage all your labels, tracking, and shipment history.
The Shipping Center is your one-stop dashboard for managing every shipment on LegacyLoop. You can find it by clicking the shipping icon in your navigation bar or by visiting any sold item's page. Here is what you will find.
Active Shipments: At the top of the Shipping Center, you will see all shipments currently in transit. Each one shows the item name, carrier, tracking number, current status, and estimated delivery date. Click any shipment to see the full tracking timeline with all status updates.
Pending Shipments: Below that, you will see items that have been sold but not yet shipped. Each one has a "Ship Now" button that opens the shipping wizard right on the item page. Items are sorted by how long ago they sold, so the oldest pending shipments appear first.
Completed Shipments: A history of all delivered shipments with delivery confirmation dates. This is useful for your records and for resolving any disputes.
The Shipping Panel on each item page walks you through four steps: confirm package details, enter the buyer's address, choose a carrier, and create the label. LegacyLoop's AI pre-fills the package dimensions and weight based on the item category, so you usually just need to verify and click through.
Tracking Timeline: Every shipment gets a visual 5-step timeline — Label Created, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. The current step pulses with a gentle animation so you can see the status at a glance. Both you and the buyer can view this timeline.
Notifications: You will receive a notification (visible via the bell icon in the top navigation) whenever a shipment status changes. The buyer receives notifications too, so they always know where their item is.
Tip: Ship within 2 business days of the sale for the best buyer experience. Quick shipping leads to positive reviews and repeat customers.
