Absolutely! Many clients start with our digital platform and switch to white-glove when they realize the scope of work. We'll credit any unused subscription fees toward your white-glove package.
What areas do you serve for White-Glove service?
Currently serving all of Maine. Priority areas include Waterville, Portland, Augusta, and Bangor. Locations up to 2 hours from Waterville may include a travel surcharge.
How is the commission calculated?
Commission applies only to items that actually sell — your rate is the one shown for your plan above. No sale = no commission beyond the upfront fee.
What if items don't sell in the digital plan?
You pay nothing extra. Items stay listed as long as your subscription is active. You can update pricing anytime based on buyer feedback.
What happens to unsold items after White-Glove service?
We coordinate donation pickup for quality unsold items (you receive a donation receipt for tax purposes) or junk removal. Your property is cleared and ready.
