Cross-Platform Listing with Connected Accounts

How to list your items on Facebook, eBay, Craigslist, and 7 other platforms from one place.

Last updated: 2026-03-30

One of LegacyLoop's most powerful features is the ability to list your items across multiple selling platforms without creating separate listings on each one. Here is how cross-platform listing works.

Setting Up: First, connect your marketplace accounts on the Integrations page (/integrations). LegacyLoop supports 10 platforms: Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, eBay, Craigslist, Uncle Henry's, OfferUp, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, and Nextdoor.

How Cross-Posting Works:

  1. Create your item on LegacyLoop as normal — upload photos, add a description, run the AI analysis, and set your price.
  1. When you change the status to "Listed," LegacyLoop automatically generates optimized listing content for each connected platform. Each platform has different requirements (title length, description format, category tags), and we handle all of that for you.
  1. For platforms with direct API integration (like eBay), the listing is posted automatically. For other platforms, LegacyLoop gives you ready-to-paste content that you copy into the platform's posting form.
  1. When a buyer contacts you on any connected platform, the inquiry is tracked in LegacyLoop's Buyer Leads section. This means you can see all your buyer activity in one place regardless of which platform it came from.

Managing Cross-Platform Listings: When you sell an item on one platform, remember to update or remove the listing on other platforms. Changing the status to "Sold" on LegacyLoop will prompt you to delist from connected platforms.

Platform-Specific Tips:

  • Facebook Marketplace: Best for furniture, home goods, and local sales. Use all 10 photo slots.
  • eBay: Ideal for collectibles, antiques, and niche items with national demand. Our ListBot optimizes titles for eBay search.
  • Craigslist: Great for large items and free stuff. Keep descriptions concise.
  • Etsy: Best for vintage (20+ years old) and handmade items.
  • OfferUp and Mercari: Popular for quick local sales of everyday items.

Tip: You do not need to connect all 10 platforms. Start with the 2-3 where your type of items sell best. You can always add more later.
