The Add-On Marketplace is where you can browse and purchase extra services using your credits. Visit the /credits page and click the "Services" tab to see everything available. Here is a tour of what you will find.
AI-Powered Services:
- MegaBot 4-AI Consensus (5 credits): The gold standard for pricing. Four AI models analyze your item in parallel and produce a consensus estimate.
- Background Removal (2 credits): AI removes the photo background for a clean, professional look.
- Social Media Kit (3 credits): Generates optimized images and captions for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Story Capture (5 credits): AI writes a narrative about your item's history, perfect for family archives and compelling listings.
Professional Services:
- Professional Appraisal (15 credits): A certified appraiser reviews your item remotely with photos and provides a formal written appraisal. Turnaround is 3-5 business days.
- Inventory Report (10 credits): A comprehensive spreadsheet-style report of all your items with descriptions, conditions, and values. Great for insurance or estate documentation.
- Market Research Report (8 credits): Deep analysis of the current market for your item category, including recent sales, pricing trends, and demand forecasts.
Priority Services:
- Priority Support (10 credits): Jump to the front of the support queue for time-sensitive questions.
- Express Analysis (3 credits): Skip the queue and get your AI analysis results within seconds instead of the standard processing time.
How to Purchase a Service:
- Make sure you have enough credits. Check your balance in the navigation bar or on the Credits page.
- Navigate to the service you want — either through the marketplace or through a service button on an item page.
- Click the "Use Credits" button. Confirm the purchase.
- The service runs immediately. Results appear on the relevant item page within seconds for AI services, or within the stated turnaround time for professional services.
- Your credit balance updates in real time.
Tip: Check the marketplace regularly. We add new services often, and seasonal promotions sometimes offer double the service for the same credit cost.
