Connecting Your Marketplace Accounts
How to link Facebook, eBay, Craigslist, and other platforms for cross-platform listing and lead tracking.
LegacyLoop connects to 10 popular selling platforms so you can manage everything from one place. When you connect a platform, you can cross-post listings and track leads coming from that platform. Here is how to set it up.
- Go to the Integrations page by clicking "Integrations" in the navigation bar or visiting /integrations directly.
- You will see cards for each supported platform: Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, eBay, Craigslist, Uncle Henry's, OfferUp, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, and Nextdoor.
- Click "Connect" on any platform you use. For platforms that support direct integration (like eBay), you will be redirected to log in and authorize LegacyLoop. For platforms without APIs (like Craigslist), you will enter your account details manually.
- Once connected, a green checkmark appears on the platform card. You can toggle cross-platform publishing on or off for each connected platform.
- When cross-posting is enabled, creating a listing on LegacyLoop automatically generates ready-to-post content for each connected platform. The listing text, pricing, and photos are optimized for each platform's format.
- Buyer leads from connected platforms are tracked in LegacyLoop. When someone messages you on Facebook Marketplace about an item you listed through LegacyLoop, that lead appears in your Buyer Leads section.
To Disconnect a Platform: Click the "Disconnect" button on any connected platform card. This removes the connection but does not delete any listings you already posted on that platform.
Supported Platforms: Facebook Marketplace (largest local audience), eBay (best for collectibles and antiques), Craigslist (great for furniture and large items), OfferUp (popular for local sales), Mercari (strong for clothing and accessories), Poshmark (fashion-focused), Etsy (handmade and vintage), Nextdoor (hyperlocal neighborhood sales), Instagram (visual showcase), and Uncle Henry's (popular in New England).
Tip: Connect at least 2-3 platforms to maximize your buyer reach. Items listed on multiple platforms sell 40 percent faster on average.
