Managing Your Subscription Plan
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your LegacyLoop subscription, and what happens when you change plans.
LegacyLoop offers four subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Plus, and Pro. You can change your plan at any time from the Pricing page or your account settings. Here is how it all works.
To View Your Current Plan: Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and go to Settings. Your current plan name and renewal date are shown at the top of the page.
To Upgrade Your Plan:
- Visit the /pricing page by clicking "Pricing" in the navigation bar or going directly to the URL.
- Compare the four tiers side by side. Each tier shows the monthly price, item limits, photo limits, which bots are available, and special features.
- Click "Choose Plan" on the tier you want.
- Enter your payment information if you have not already. LegacyLoop processes payments through Square.
- Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You get instant access to all the new features and higher limits.
When you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. So if you upgrade halfway through the month, you only pay half the difference.
To Downgrade Your Plan: Follow the same steps but choose a lower tier. Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current tier's features until then. If you have more items than the lower tier allows, you will not lose any items — but you will not be able to create new ones until you are within the limit.
To Cancel Your Plan: Go to Settings and click "Cancel Subscription." You will keep access through the end of your paid period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier. All your items and data are preserved — you just cannot create new items beyond the Free limit.
Founding Member Pricing: If you signed up during our pre-launch period, you are locked in at 50 percent off for life as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you will be at regular pricing.
