Neighborhood Bundle: Multi-Family Sales
How to organize a neighborhood-wide sale with 2-8 families using the Neighborhood Bundle discount.
The Neighborhood Bundle is a special LegacyLoop offering that lets 2 to 8 families in the same neighborhood coordinate a group sale. You save money with discounted service pricing, and buyers love the convenience of shopping multiple families in one stop. Here is how it works.
What is a Neighborhood Bundle? Instead of each family running their own sale independently, you team up with neighbors. Each family creates their own items and project, but all the projects are linked under one Neighborhood Bundle. Buyers see a single sale page with items from all participating families, organized by household.
How to Set Up a Neighborhood Bundle:
- Visit /services/neighborhood-bundle or find it through the services marketplace.
- Enter the number of participating families (2 to 8). The pricing calculator shows you the per-family cost, which decreases as more families join.
- One person acts as the bundle organizer. They create the bundle and invite the other families by email.
- Each family creates their own LegacyLoop account (if they do not have one), uploads their items, and assigns them to the neighborhood bundle project.
- LegacyLoop generates a shared public sale page that shows all items from all families, with clear labels showing which household each item belongs to.
Pricing: The Neighborhood Bundle includes discounted White-Glove or self-service rates:
- 2 families: 15 percent discount off regular pricing
- 3-4 families: 20 percent discount
- 5-6 families: 25 percent discount
- 7-8 families: 30 percent discount
Each family is billed individually for their share. The organizer does not need to collect money from neighbors.
Why Neighborhood Bundles Work:
- More items means more buyers. A 6-family sale attracts far more foot traffic (and online traffic) than a single-family sale.
- Shared promotion. One social media post or flyer advertises items from all families.
- Buyer convenience. Shoppers can browse a huge selection in one place.
- Community building. It is a fun neighborhood event that brings people together.
Tip: Start organizing your Neighborhood Bundle at least two weeks before the target sale date. This gives each family time to photograph and upload their items, and gives you time to promote the sale page in local community groups.
