Navigating Your Dashboard
A complete guide to your Dashboard — stats, item cards, projects, alerts, and quick actions.
Your Dashboard is home base on LegacyLoop. Everything you need is right here. Let us walk through each section so you know exactly where to find things.
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see your Stats Bar. This shows four key numbers at a glance: Total Items (everything you have uploaded), Analyzed Items (items the AI has processed), Antique Count (items flagged as potential antiques), and Portfolio Value (the total estimated value of all your items). These numbers update in real time as you add and analyze items.
Below the stats, you may see an Alerts Widget. This shows notifications from your Recon Bots — things like price drops on competitor listings, new buyers searching for items like yours, and market trend alerts. Click any alert to jump straight to the relevant item.
The Items section shows all your items as cards. Each card displays the primary photo, title, status badge, and estimated price. You can click the three-dot menu on any card to change its status, edit the listing price, or delete the item. Status badges are color-coded: gray for Draft, blue for Analyzed, green for Ready, purple for Listed, orange for Interested, and gold for Sold.
If you have created Projects (estate sales or garage sales), they appear in their own section with a progress bar showing how many items have been sold out of the total.
The Activity Feed at the bottom shows recent events — new buyer messages, bot scan results, price changes, and shipping updates. It is a timeline of everything happening across your account.
Quick Actions: The "+ New Item" button is always in the top-right corner. On mobile, look for the teal floating button at the bottom of the screen. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N (or Cmd+N on Mac) to start a new item from anywhere.
The "Load Demo Data" button (shown with a lightning bolt icon) lets you populate your account with sample items if you want to explore the platform before uploading your own things.
Tip: Check your Dashboard daily when you have active listings. The alerts and activity feed keep you informed so you never miss a buyer inquiry or price opportunity.
