Understanding Your Analytics Dashboard
A guide to the analytics page where you can track views, sales, revenue, and buyer engagement.
The Analytics page gives you a clear picture of how your selling is going. You can find it by clicking "Analytics" in the navigation bar or visiting /analytics directly. Here is what each section tells you.
Overview Stats: At the top, you will see your key numbers — total items listed, total views across all items, total revenue earned, and average sale price. These are computed from your actual item and transaction data.
Views and Engagement: Each item on LegacyLoop tracks how many times it has been viewed, how many buyer inquiries it has received, and how many bot-generated leads have been created. The analytics page shows these in aggregate so you can see which items are getting the most attention.
Revenue Breakdown: If you have made sales, you will see a breakdown of your earnings. This shows the total sale prices, platform fees deducted, shipping costs (paid by buyers), and your net earnings. This helps you understand exactly how much you are taking home.
Item Performance: A list of your items sorted by engagement helps you identify your best performers. Items with lots of views but no inquiries might need a price adjustment or better photos. Items with inquiries but no sales might benefit from a MegaBot analysis to verify the pricing.
Time Period Filters: You can view analytics for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time. This helps you spot trends — are your views going up or down? Is a particular item gaining interest?
How to Use Analytics to Sell Faster:
- If an item has many views but no inquiries, try lowering the price by 10-15 percent.
- If an item has no views, improve the photos or add more details to the description.
- If you are getting inquiries but no sales, your price might be slightly too high — consider running MegaBot for a second opinion.
Tip: Check analytics once a week to stay on top of your listings. Small adjustments based on data can make a big difference in how fast items sell.
