How to Apply for the Heroes Discount
Step-by-step instructions for verifying your military, law enforcement, or first responder status to get 25% off.
The Heroes Discount gives military veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMTs a 25 percent discount on all LegacyLoop subscription plans and credit packages. Here is how to apply.
Who Qualifies:
- Active-duty military (all branches: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force)
- Military veterans (honorably discharged)
- National Guard and Reserve members
- Law enforcement officers (federal, state, county, municipal)
- Firefighters (career and volunteer)
- Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics
How to Apply:
- Visit the /heroes page by clicking "Heroes" in the navigation bar (visible when logged out) or going directly to the URL.
- Click "Verify Your Status" on the Heroes page.
- You will be asked to select your service category (military, law enforcement, or fire/EMS).
- Complete the verification through our partner service. This typically involves providing your name, branch of service or department, and one piece of documentation (such as a DD-214, department ID, or active-duty card).
- Verification usually completes within minutes. For some cases, manual review may take 24-48 hours.
- Once verified, the 25 percent discount is applied to your account permanently. You will see the discounted pricing on the /pricing page and at checkout.
Stacking Discounts: The Heroes Discount stacks with our founding member pre-launch pricing. If you are both a founding member (50 percent off) and a verified hero (25 percent off the remaining amount), you receive significant combined savings. For example, the Pro plan at $99/month becomes $49.50 as a founding member, then $37.13 with the Heroes Discount on top.
What the Discount Covers:
- All four subscription tiers (Starter, Plus, Pro, and any future tiers)
- All credit packages
- White-Glove service deposits (discount applies to the service fee)
The discount does not apply to third-party costs like shipping fees or professional appraisal fees charged by external appraisers.
